Below you'll find my current fees and accepted insurance plans. I'm happy to answer any questions about coverage or cost before you commit to anything.

In-Network Plans

I am in-network with the following plans. To verify your specific coverage, contact your insurer directly before beginning treatment.

If you have Blue Cross Community Health Plans or Aetna Better Health through Illinois Medicaid, your sessions are typically covered at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Medicaid clients are welcome.

Out-of-Network

Superbill & Reimbursement

If you have a PPO or other insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of session fees. I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer requires — which you can submit directly to your plan for reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates vary by plan. Before starting, it's worth calling your insurer and asking: Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits, and what percentage is covered after my deductible?

I meet with individuals at least once per week. For many patients, I find it most productive to work together 2–3 times per week. A sliding scale is available for those with demonstrable financial need.
Policies

Cancellation & Supervision

Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations are charged at the full session rate, as the time has been held specifically for you. Insurance cannot be billed for missed sessions.

A Note on Supervision

I am a pre-licensed therapist practicing under the clinical supervision of Jasmina Bourgeois. This means your care is supported by an experienced licensed clinician who reviews my work. Supervision is a standard and required part of pre-licensure practice and does not diminish the quality or confidentiality of your care.
